He ​discovered his musical calling at an early age, beginning organ lessons at five and serving as a full-time church musician by nine. Gifted with the ability to play by ear, he went on to master six instruments and later found his passion in music production, drawing from his deep understanding of arrangement and sound. Influenced by his musician parents, Reggie’s foundation was built on faith, discipline, and creativity.

His production and arrangement credits include projects with Music World and Matthew Knowles for gospel artist Andrea Helms, as well as work with Tamela Mann, Myron Butler, Sheri Moffett, and Denver Potter. Reggie has served as A&R and Music Director for Flow Records and collaborated with artists such as Juanita Bynum, Richard “Clean” White, Myron Williams, Tonya Raye, Ricky Dillard, J Moss, and Zacardi Cortez.

Reggie has toured with legendary artists including Mary J. Blige, New Edition, Bell Biv DeVoe, Brian McKnight, En Vogue, Musiq Soulchild, and many others. His work has contributed to multiple Top 10 Billboard records and has earned Stellar Awards and a Grammy.

Currently, Reggie Strong serves as President and CEO of Dy’Verse Music Group. Through the Dy’Verse Music & Arts Center and his nationwide initiative, The Gospel Jump Off, he provides mentorship, education, and professional development in music and the arts—empowering at-risk youth and underserved artists while creating pathways to sustainable careers in the industry.
